Our Services

We’re happy to share a preferred vendor list to help make your planning easier. These vendors have experience working at our venue and know our setup well. You are not required to use them, but they are suggested to help with preparation and coordination on your special day.

✨ Friday & Saturday Packages

• • Both an Event Planner and a Day-of Coordinator are included at no additional cost.

✨ Sunday–Thursday Packages

• • An Event Planner is included.
  • A Day-of Coordinator can be added for an additional fee.

About six weeks before your big day, you and your coordinator will meet at the venue for a full walk-through. This helps you visualize your celebration, finalize your layout, and make sure there’s plenty of time to order or rent anything you may have overlooked. Couples find this step incredibly helpful—it ensures a smoother setup since you’ll already know exactly where each table, chair, and décor piece will go before you arrive to decorate. The walk-through is included in your rental, though it’s completely optional.

💍 Every couple has the opportunity to rehearse, whether you book a single-day or two-day wedding.

• Single-Day Weddings: You can schedule a 2-hour “walk-through only” rehearsal Monday–Thursday, up to three weeks before your wedding date.
• Two-Day Weddings: You’ll have access to the venue the entire first day to bring in and set up décor, hold your rehearsal, and even host a rehearsal dinner onsite. This way, when the wedding day arrives, you and your bridal party can simply relax, get pampered, and enjoy a stress-free celebration.
